Jared M. Haynie

Former Stanford Law School Civil Rights Clinic Instructor

Jared has extensive experience in handling appeals at the state and federal level. He has conducted appeals in courts across the nation (including Colorado) and has practiced before the U.S. Supreme Court. His experience and skillset include formulating an effective appellate strategy, writing briefs that are clear and convincing, and presenting persuasive oral arguments.

Jared graduated summa cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served on the law review as Executive Articles Editor. He was also an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. From 2013 to 2015, Jared served as a full-time lecturer-in-law at the Stanford Law School Religious Liberty Clinic.

Jared is an Eagle Scout and enjoys camping, fishing, farming, and just about anything else he can do with his family in the outdoors.
